## Why it matters

CFO Africa is Marcus Evans' annual three-day CFO summit in Johannesburg, with the ninth edition running 7-9 July 2026 and more than 25 senior finance speakers, including a post-conference AI-enabled finance workshop. It is a paid, registration-open B2B summit with streams and CFO Circle roundtables, unlike the free Finance Indaba in the same city. The 2024 (7th) edition ran at the NH Sandton Collection Hotel in partnership with CIBA and CFO Club Africa.

## Who attends

CFOs, finance directors and senior finance leaders from corporates across Africa; the 2026 edition listed more than 25 senior finance and business leaders, from De Beers, Citi Zambia, the JSE, FNB, the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority and the SABC.
