## Why it matters

Accountex Summit Manchester is the northern, one-day edition of the Accountex portfolio and the only large accounting expo staged north of Birmingham, drawing 3,300+ attendees and 135+ exhibitors to Manchester Central in 2026. It is roughly a fifth the size of Accountex London, so the trade-off is a shorter trip and a more regional crowd against the London show's 300-strong exhibitor floor. Entry is free for anyone in an accountancy, bookkeeping or finance role and the day carries 8 CPD hours.
