## Why it matters

Directions NA is a partners-only event, so it is where Business Central implementation partners and the ISVs that extend it set commercial direction, and Microsoft uses it to brief the channel directly rather than through customer marketing. Directions cites more than 55,000 Business Central customers, and 2026 marked 21 years of the conference; the 2027 date and venue are already posted, which is unusual this far ahead.
