## Why it matters

Taxposium is the annual national conference of the National Association of Tax Professionals, a body of over 23,000 members headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin. The 2025 edition in Las Vegas ran more than 40 sessions for hundreds of CPAs, EAs and other preparers, and the 2027 edition is set for Jun 21-23, 2027 in Boston. It leans toward practice growth and technology topics, including AI workflows, which distinguishes it from the representation-focused NAEA Tax Summit.

## Who attends

Tax preparers, enrolled agents, CPAs and other federal tax professionals, mostly sole practitioners and small firms that make up the NATP membership of over 23,000.

## Programme

- No named tracks published for 2027
- 2026 subject areas ran across IRS representation and collections, federal tax law update (OBBBA), practice sale and succession, cybersecurity, advisory and firm growth, and specialist areas including farm tax, cost segregation and QSBS
