# Sage Intacct pricing calculator: estimate your year-one and three-year cost

Enter your users and pick a project size to get a Sage Intacct cost range from partner prices, Vendr’s buyer data and what buyers report paying.

**Five Sage Intacct users cost about $12,600 to $22,200 a year in third-party estimates: a Core Financials subscription of $750 to $1,250 a month plus $75 to $150 for each extra user. Vendr’s buyer data puts small and mid-sized firms at $15,000 to $60,000 a year, and two buyer reports put implementation at $30,000 and $30,000 to $60,000.**

## What prices does the calculator use?

The Sage Intacct calculator uses $750 to $1,250 a month for a Core Financials subscription with one user, and $75 to $150 a month for each extra full user, from Vendr. ## What does the calculator leave out?

- **Extra modules.** Projects, revenue management and the close automation add-on are priced on top.

- **Extra entities.** Vendr puts larger multi-entity groups at $100,000 a year or more.

- **Developer and sandbox licenses.** One implementer quotes $2,500 a year for a developer license.

- **Change requests.** One customer was quoted $4,000 to change a check format.
