# Sage Intacct pricing in 2026: what the subscription, users and implementation cost

Sage publishes no US price list. This guide puts partner prices, Vendr's buyer data and buyer reports side by side: entry subscription, users, modules, entities, implementation, renewals and the cost at three company sizes.

**Sage Intacct starts at about $9,000 to $13,200 a year for one user with Core Financials, in Sage partners’ figures; Sage publishes no US price list. Vendr’s buyer data puts small and mid-sized firms at $15,000 to $60,000 a year. Implementation adds about 1 to 1.75 times the annual subscription.**

Implementation in the table uses Vendr’s ranges. Partners’ rule of 1 to 1.75 times the annual subscription gives a higher figure for the small and growing firms.

## How much does Sage Intacct cost per user?

Vendr’s buyer data shows Sage Intacct full users at $75 to $150 a month for 10 to 25 users, after volume and multi-year discounts. ERP Research puts a named user far higher, at $400 to $800 a month, which likely includes the base subscription. Business, employee and view-only users cost less, and none of their prices is published.

## What do Sage Intacct modules and entities cost?

Advanced modules such as Projects, Revenue Recognition and Contracts cost about $3,000 to $10,000 a year each, in a Sage partner’s figures. A typical deployment adds three to five modules. Each extra legal entity adds a fee that no source publishes.

## What does Sage Intacct cost in the UK, Australia and Canada?

Sage UK publishes a starting price of £1,200 a month with three full users included, before VAT, support and implementation, and one UK partner quotes £1,137 a month with five users. Australian and Canadian figures come from third-party guides.
