# HighRadius review 2026: product ratings, cost and fit

Most "HighRadius reviews" in search are from employees. This review puts the product ratings in one table, then covers cost, limits and fit.

**HighRadius is rated 4.3 from 237 reviews on G2, 4.6 from 149 on Gartner Peer Insights and 4.4 from 13 on Capterra. Those are product reviews. HighRadius fits enterprise and large mid-market finance teams on SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or NetSuite, and it quotes every price privately.**

**In short**

- **Product ratings (G2 and Gartner from search results):** 4.3 on G2 (237 reviews), 4.6 on Gartner Peer Insights (149) and 4.4 on Capterra (13).
- **Employee ratings:** 2.8 on Glassdoor from about 3,092 reviews, 3.0 on Indeed and 2.7 on Blind. These rate the employer, not the software.
- **Price:** quote only. Third-party figures run from a Vendr median of $12,973 a year to $50,000 to $150,000+ a year (ERP Research).
- **Main limits:** no published price, no Xero or QuickBooks Online connection, and two different go-live timeframes on its own NetSuite page.
- **Alternative:** Paidnice connects to NetSuite, Business Central and other cloud ERPs on a Custom plan from $999 a month, set up by an implementation specialist.

## Is HighRadius worth it? The short verdict

HighRadius is worth it for an enterprise finance team with high invoice volume, many remittances to match and a large ERP such as SAP or Oracle.

_HighRadius homepage_

HighRadius is a Houston company founded in 2006 by Sashi Narahari, who is still its CEO. It sells finance automation for order-to-cash, accounts payable, close and treasury, and says it has over 1,500 clients, among them Adobe, Unilever and Nike. In March 2021 it raised a $300M Series C at a $3.1B valuation.

Its customers rate the product well. The question for a buyer is size, because every price is quoted and third-party figures start in five figures a year.

| HighRadius is worth it if | HighRadius is harder to justify if |
|---|---|
| You process thousands of payments a month and cash application is your bottleneck | You need reminders and statements sent, and payment matching is a small job |
| Your ERP is SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite | Your ledger is Xero or QuickBooks Online |
| You also need deductions, credit or treasury tools from one vendor | You want a published price before the first sales call |
| You can staff an implementation project of several months | You need to go live in days |

## Product reviews vs employee reviews

Product reviews rate the software and come from customers; employee reviews rate HighRadius as an employer and say little about the product you buy.

A Google search for "HighRadius reviews" returns mostly employee pages. Glassdoor, Indeed, Comparably, Naukri and two Reddit job threads take most of the top ten results. Only Software Advice, a Capterra sister site, is an independent product review page. The table puts both kinds side by side so you can see which is which.

| Site | Who writes the review | HighRadius score | Reviews |
|---|---|---|---|
| [G2](https://www.g2.com/products/highradius-corporation/reviews) | Software buyers and users | 4.3 out of 5 | 237 |
| [Gartner Peer Insights](https://www.gartner.com/reviews/market/invoice-to-cash-applications/vendor/highradius/product/highradius-accounts-receivable-software) | Verified enterprise users | 4.6 out of 5 | 149 |
| [Capterra](https://www.capterra.com/p/127948/ReceivablesRadius/reviews/) | Software buyers and users | 4.4 out of 5 | 13 |
| TrustRadius | Software buyers and users | No score found | None found |
| Trustpilot | Anyone | 2.5 out of 5 | 5 |
| Glassdoor | Employees | 2.8 out of 5 | About 3,092 |
| Indeed | Employees | 3.0 out of 5 | 108 |
| Blind | Verified employees | 2.7 out of 5 | 47 |

G2 and Gartner block automated checks, so their figures come from their own search results; open each link for the current score. Capterra is the opened listing. Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Indeed and Blind figures come from Google search results. G2 rates "HighRadius Accounts Receivables", Gartner rates "HighRadius Accounts Receivable Software" and Capterra lists the product under its older name, ReceivablesRadius.

Employee reviews still suggest one question for a buyer. A Glassdoor search result shows 2.3 out of 5 for work-life balance and 33% of reviewers who would recommend HighRadius to a friend. Ask each reference customer how many account managers and implementation leads they have had.

## What does HighRadius cost?

HighRadius publishes no prices; third-party figures run from a Vendr median of $12,973 a year to $50,000 to $150,000+ a year from ERP Research.

The [HighRadius pricing page](https://www.highradius.com/pricing/) describes "subscription-based pricing" on "an annual subscription model" and asks you to talk to an expert. HighRadius has also announced an outcome-based option: $0 implementation and $0 subscription until go-live, then "a fraction of the actual savings realized by the client", per its press release.

| Source | What it says | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| HighRadius pricing page | Annual subscription, no figures | Vendor |
| HighRadius press release | $0 until go-live, then a share of measured savings | Vendor, outcome-based option |
| [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/highradius) | Median $12,973 a year, range $12,171 to $16,862 | Small sample, mixed product lines |
| [ERP Research](https://erpresearch.com/erp-add-ons/ar-collections/highradius/pricing) | $50,000 to $150,000+ a year | Quoted by invoice volume |

The two third-party figures differ by more than ten times. Vendr's sample is small and mixes HighRadius products, while ERP Research prices a full order-to-cash rollout. Ask for a quote on the modules you need and the invoice volume you run. Full detail is in [HighRadius pricing](/reviews/highradius-pricing/).

## What do HighRadius customers say?

Product reviews favor HighRadius for cash application, collections and deductions; complaints in rival vendors' blogs are slow custom enhancements, opaque pricing and uneven support.

Google's AI Overview for this query summarizes product reviews as favorable for cash application, collections and deductions. We could not open the G2 or Gartner review text, so read each listing's pros and cons for your use case.

Rival vendors' blogs (stuut.ai and factura.ai, cited in the AI Overview) repeat three complaints: custom enhancements are slow, pricing is hard to predict before a quote, and support response varies by account. These are leads to test in a reference call, not verified findings.

Capterra's score rests on 13 reviews, so one review moves it. G2 has the largest pool with 237 reviews, and Gartner's 149 come from verified enterprise users. Read reviews from companies on your ERP and at your invoice volume before you weigh the stars.

## What are HighRadius's limits?

Every limit below comes from HighRadius's own pages; check each against your team before a demo.

1. **No published price.** The pricing page describes an annual subscription and gives no figures (HighRadius pricing page).
2. **A go-live figure written for AP.** The NetSuite integration page FAQ says implementation "typically ranges from 6 to 8 weeks", but that page sells AP automation, so ask for the AR timeline on your ERP (HighRadius NetSuite integration page).
3. **The NetSuite page is written for AP.** It describes a "two-way, real-time data flow" for vendor, PO, invoice and payment data, which is the payables side. Ask which receivables modules use the same connector.
4. **No small-business ledgers.** HighRadius names "50+ pre-built integrations including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and NetSuite". Xero and QuickBooks Online are not listed (HighRadius home page).
5. **No late fee feature found.** We found no late fee or interest feature on the pages we opened.

## How does HighRadius connect to your ERP?

HighRadius names SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite among 50+ pre-built integrations, and its NetSuite page states OneWorld and custom field support.

| ERP | Connection | Who builds it |
|---|---|---|
| NetSuite | Pre-built; two-way, real-time per its NetSuite page; standard and OneWorld; custom fields and custom records | HighRadius, mapped during implementation |
| Business Central and D365 Finance | Named as Microsoft Dynamics among pre-built integrations | HighRadius |
| SAP | Pre-built integration | HighRadius |
| Oracle | Pre-built integration | HighRadius |
| Xero, QuickBooks Online | Not listed | Not applicable |

In July 2021 HighRadius announced that the SuiteApp for its RadiusOne AR product had Oracle's Built for NetSuite status ([Business Wire, 13 July 2021](https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20210713005122/en)). Ask which product your quote covers and whether that SuiteApp is the connector you will use. The [SuiteApp or external AR app](/resources/netsuite-suiteapp-or-external-ar-app/) guide explains the difference.

## Who is HighRadius a good fit for?

HighRadius fits enterprise and large mid-market B2B companies with high payment volume, several entities and a dedicated AR team.

- **Good fit:** companies that match thousands of remittances a month, run deductions or credit reviews, and want order-to-cash, AP and treasury from one vendor.
- **Possible fit:** NetSuite companies with OneWorld and several subsidiaries that can budget a five-figure annual fee and a multi-week project.
- **Poor fit:** businesses on Xero or QuickBooks Online, teams that mainly need reminders sent on time, and buyers who need a published price.

## What are the alternatives to HighRadius?

The main alternatives are Paidnice, Versapay, Billtrust and Tesorio; each suits a different size of team and a different main task.

### 1. Paidnice

Best for a NetSuite, Business Central or Sage Intacct team that wants collections, late fees and payment plans run by customer group, set up for it by an implementation specialist.

**Entry cost:** Custom from $999 a month (£749 in the UK), quoted for your setup. On Xero and QuickBooks Online it is self-serve from $69 / £49 a month on Essentials.

**Limitation:** it is not listed on SuiteApp.com or AppSource and has no Built for NetSuite badge.

### 2. Versapay

Best for a mid-market team whose buyers pay invoices by card or ACH in a shared portal.

**Entry cost:** quote only. ERP Research estimates $50,000 to $150,000+ a year, with processing fees extra.

**Limitation:** no published price, and native ERP connections cover NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics only. See the [Versapay review](/reviews/versapay-review/).

### 3. Billtrust

Best for a large distributor or manufacturer that wants invoice delivery, payments and cash application in one contract.

**Entry cost:** quote only. ERP Research reports $20,000 to $60,000 a year, rising with invoice volume, plus processing fees.

**Limitation:** its home page names no specific ERP among its "200+ connectors".

### 4. Tesorio

Best for a NetSuite or Sage Intacct team that wants collections and cash forecasting together.

**Entry cost:** quote only. Vendr reports a median of $17,644 a year.

**Limitation:** no published price and no Microsoft Dynamics or SAP connection listed.

### Is HighRadius a product-based company?

Yes, HighRadius is a product company that sells its own software as a subscription: order-to-cash, accounts payable, record-to-report and treasury modules. Its implementation and consulting work supports that software.

### Who founded HighRadius?

Sashi Narahari founded HighRadius in 2006 and remains its CEO. The company started in receivables management and later added payables, close and treasury products.

### Who are HighRadius' main competitors?
