Kolleno multiplies a per-user rate by the number of people who log in, and each plan sets a minimum number of users. Each plan also has a turnover floor: BusinessPay is for businesses above €1m, Business Plus above €10m, Enterprise above €100m and Enterprise Plus above €1bn. BusinessPay is self-onboarding, Business Plus includes 3 hours of onboarding and training, and Kolleno says onboarding generally takes about 10 days. There is no free plan. ## What is included in every plan? Every paid plan includes the collections inbox and a customer payment portal with payment links, and a set allowance of SMS messages and calls. Business Plus adds Kolleno's AI agent, auto-reconciliation and workflows. AI cash application, which matches payments to invoices, is Kolleno's strongest area. Kolleno's documentation describes no late fee or interest calculation. ## Is Kolleno worth the price? Kolleno fits an order-to-cash team where unapplied cash, disputes and ERP integration are the main work, and where the per-user price is small against the cash involved. It fits a small business less well. A single BusinessPay user costs €650 a month, and the plan is sold to businesses above €1m turnover. If the per-user price is too high for your team, these tools publish a flat or volume-based price.
