Versapay rates 4.1 to 4.4 on Capterra, G2 and Gartner. This review checks the NetSuite sync reports from users against Versapay's own status history.

**Versapay is rated 4.4 from 29 reviews on Capterra, 4.1 from 95 on G2 and 4.4 from 19 on Gartner Peer Insights. Users praise its invoice portal and ease of use. G2 summaries cite support during implementation, reporting and integration issues, two r/Netsuite threads carry user reports about NetSuite sync and support, and Versapay's own status page logs NetSuite integration incidents in 2025 and 2026. It fits mid-market B2B teams on NetSuite, Sage Intacct or Microsoft Dynamics.**

## Is Versapay worth it? The short verdict

Versapay is worth it for a mid-market B2B company on NetSuite, Sage Intacct or Microsoft Dynamics whose buyers pay by card or ACH through an invoice portal.

Versapay is a US and Canadian AR and payments platform. It sells e-invoicing with a shared buyer portal, collections, AI cash application and B2B payments. Great Hill Partners, a private equity firm, bought it in February 2020, when it was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Carey O'Connor Kolaja has been CEO since March 2023.

Versapay also runs the payments side of NetSuite Pay, Oracle's own card and ACH product for the US and Canada. The two are separate products, compared in the cost section below.

Versapay scores between 4.1 and 4.5 out of 5 on the main software review sites, from small pools of 5 to 95 reviews each.

Capterra is the opened listing. G2, Gartner and TrustRadius block automated checks, so their figures come from their own search results; open each link for the current score. Gartner shows 4.5 on one comparison page. Glassdoor rates Versapay as an employer, not its software, and 50% of its reviewers would recommend working there.

On Capterra, Versapay scores 4.7 for ease of use and 4.6 for customer service. G2's summaries say users value ease of use and quick setup. The low points on G2 are support during implementation, reporting depth and payment reconciliation problems.

## What is the r/Netsuite "critical issue" thread?

It is a 2024 r/Netsuite post titled "Versapay: one critical issue after another", which ranks for "versapay reviews" with a 2026 thread on Versapay and NetSuite support.

The two threads sit in Google's forum block for "versapay reviews": "Versapay: one critical issue after another" (2024, about 20 comments) and "Versapay/Netsuite support issues." (2026). Reddit blocks automated reading, so we did not quote or summarize the posts. The titles point to NetSuite problems and support, so we checked NetSuite sync and support against what Versapay publishes itself.

Versapay's status page history covers July 2025 to October 2026 and lists 25 incidents. Four of them touch its ERP connections:

Each incident is marked resolved, and "ERP Connector for NetSuite" shows as operational on the status page today. The most recent incident, on 23 October 2026, delayed file processing in Cash Application and was resolved the same day.

Versapay's product update notes also show NetSuite fixes. A May 2024 release removed a cap that showed only 4,000 invoices in Network Invoices, fixed settlement and fee reporting for accounts without OneWorld, and fixed payment links on multi-subsidiary invoices. A January 2026 release marks reversed payments in the NetSuite NextGen Connector with ".REV".

## Is Versapay's NetSuite sync reliable?

Versapay's status page shows its NetSuite connector as operational, yet the same page logged NetSuite integration errors in 2025 and a month-end performance issue in 2026.

Versapay's NetSuite page calls the product "Built for netsuite" and the "SuiteApp Marketplace's #1 ranked payment acceptance solution". It also says Versapay was "Recognized as a SuiteCloud Partner of the Year". The page says invoices, payments and journal entries sync, and its FAQ mentions "real-time payment syncing". It does not state sync direction, sync frequency or OneWorld support.

Ask four questions in a demo or reference call:

1. **Which connector will we use?** Versapay's notes name a "NetSuite NextGen Connector". Ask whether your account runs it or an older one.
2. **What happens at month end?** The May 2026 incident was tied to month-end volume. Ask a reference customer of your size how syncs held up at their last close.
3. **How are sync errors raised?** Ask where a failed invoice or payment sync shows up, in NetSuite or in Versapay, and who gets the alert.
4. **Is the sandbox kept apart?** Ask how Versapay keeps a NetSuite sandbox from writing to production during your test cycle.

## What does Versapay cost?

Versapay publishes no prices; ERP Research estimates $50,000 to $150,000+ a year, and NetSuite Pay lists $200 a month plus card and ACH fees.

Versapay has no pricing page. Its AR platform is quoted by sales, and third-party figures vary widely.

NetSuite Pay and Versapay's AR platform are separate products. NetSuite Pay is Oracle's payment processing, with Versapay as the merchant provider, for the US and Canada only. ## What are Versapay's limits?

Every limit below comes from Versapay's own pages; check each against your setup before a demo.

1. **No published price.** Versapay has no pricing page; the AR platform is quoted by sales (versapay.com).
2. **Four native ERPs.** The integrations page lists NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. Other ERPs connect by open API or flat file (Versapay integrations page).
3. **No Xero, QuickBooks Online or SAP.** None is listed on the integrations page.
4. **Sync details not stated.** The NetSuite page does not state sync direction, frequency or OneWorld support (Versapay NetSuite page).
5. **NetSuite Pay covers two countries.** It is available in the United States and Canada only (Oracle NetSuite Help Center).
6. **No late fee feature found.** We found no late fee or interest feature on the pages we opened.

## How does Versapay work?

Versapay sends invoices to a shared online portal where the buyer views, queries and pays them, then matches payments and posts them back to the ERP.

The seller's team works collections from Versapay, and AI cash application matches incoming payments to invoices. Its status page lists the cash application product as "formerly DadePay".

## Who is Versapay a good fit for?

Versapay fits US and Canadian mid-market B2B companies in manufacturing, distribution or professional services that run NetSuite, Sage Intacct or Microsoft Dynamics.

- **Good fit:** a NetSuite company that wants NetSuite Pay and an invoice portal from one vendor, and whose buyers pay by card or ACH.
- **Possible fit:** a Business Central or D365 company with heavy payment volume that can run a month-end test before go-live.
- **Poor fit:** a business on Xero, QuickBooks Online or SAP, a business outside the US and Canada that wants NetSuite Pay, or a team that needs a published price.

## What are the alternatives to Versapay?

The main alternatives are Paidnice, HighRadius, Billtrust and Quadient AR; each suits a different size of team and a different main task.

### 1. Paidnice

Best for a NetSuite, Business Central or Sage Intacct team that wants collections, late fees and payment plans run by customer group, with two-way NetSuite sync, custom fields and OneWorld support.

**Entry cost:** Custom from $999 a month (£749 in the UK), quoted for your setup and set up by an implementation specialist. On Xero and QuickBooks Online it is self-serve from $69 / £49 a month on Essentials.

**Limitation:** it is not listed on SuiteApp.com or AppSource and has no Built for NetSuite badge.

### 2. HighRadius

Best for an enterprise team that matches thousands of remittances a month and wants deductions and credit tools too.

**Entry cost:** quote only. Third-party figures run from a Vendr median of $12,973 a year to $50,000 to $150,000+ a year (ERP Research).

### 3. Billtrust

Best for a large distributor that wants invoice delivery, payments and cash application in one contract.

**Entry cost:** quote only. ERP Research reports $20,000 to $60,000 a year, rising with invoice volume, plus processing fees.

**Limitation:** its home page names no specific ERP among its "200+ connectors".

### 4. Quadient AR

Best for a mid-market NetSuite team that wants payment-date prediction and cash application.

**Entry cost:** quote only. Capterra lists a starting price of $500 a month.

**Limitation:** automatic push of cash application results into NetSuite is off by default.
