ICNZB's flagship annual two-day bookkeeping conference, with practice, technology and compliance streams plus the Excellence Awards gala dinner.
Why it matters
Bookkeepcon is the annual conference of the Institute of Certified New Zealand Bookkeepers and the leading bookkeeping event in New Zealand, with 233 registrations and 24 exhibitors at the 2026 edition in Napier. Unlike the CA ANZ conferences, which run largely online, Bookkeepcon is built around an in-person exhibition floor and a gala dinner where the ICNZB Excellence Awards are presented. The 2026 edition added a livestream for the first time, so remote members could join the main programme.

Tickets and opening times
2025 tiers ran NZ$399 member early bird up to NZ$575 non-member standard for the two-day in-person pass. A non-member live-stream pass was NZ$445 plus GST. The Gala Dinner is a separate inclusion, and ICNZB negotiates a delegate hotel rate each year (NZ$225 per night including breakfast for one at the 2026 partner hotel, NZ$199 in 2025).
