NetSuite OneWorld costs about $499 to $1,000 a month per subsidiary after the first, or a reported flat fee of $999 to $2,500 a month, in third-party estimates. Oracle publishes no OneWorld price, and several of these figures come from search snippets of partner guides.
OneWorld is the NetSuite edition for groups with more than one legal entity. It runs every subsidiary in one account, each with its own base currency and tax setup, and consolidates them into the parent’s reports.
In short
- Two pricing models are reported: a fee per extra subsidiary, or one flat fee for OneWorld. The two models give different totals above three subsidiaries.
- Elimination subsidiaries: one partner reports that the subsidiaries NetSuite uses only for intercompany eliminations carry no license fee.
- The fee sits on top of the base license, users and modules. It does not replace any of them.
- For three extra subsidiaries, per-subsidiary pricing comes to about $1,497 to $3,000 a month, against $999 to $2,500 a month flat.
What is NetSuite OneWorld?
OneWorld runs several legal entities in one NetSuite account. Oracle’s OneWorld overview describes subsidiaries in a single hierarchy, each with its own tax nexus and base currency. Reports roll up into the parent subsidiary’s currency, and intercompany journals and eliminations run inside the account.
- One account, many entities. Every subsidiary sits in one hierarchy under the parent.
- Multi-currency and tax by country. Each subsidiary keeps its own base currency and tax setup.
- Consolidated reporting. Financial statements translate and consolidate every child subsidiary into the parent.
- Intercompany. Intercompany journals and profit eliminations between subsidiaries.
How much does NetSuite OneWorld cost?
Third-party estimates split into two models. Per-subsidiary sources put OneWorld at $499 to $1,000 a month per subsidiary. Flat-fee sources put it at $999 to $2,500 a month. Every published estimate is below, with its source.
| What you pay for | Range across sources | What each source reports |
|---|---|---|
| OneWorld, per extra subsidiary | $499 to $1,000 a month per subsidiary | $499 per subsidiary a month (Houseblend, search snippet) $500 to $1,000 per subsidiary a month (ERP Research) |
| OneWorld, flat fee | $999 to $2,500 a month | $999 a month (Houseblend) $1,999 a month (Houseblend, search snippet) $24,000 to $30,000 a year (Houseblend, search snippet) |
BrokenRubik reports that Oracle licenses OneWorld subsidiaries by country and base-currency combination, so two subsidiaries in the same country and currency may count differently from two in different countries. One older UK press report gave a OneWorld base price of £3,045 a month; we treat it as historical.
What does OneWorld cost for 3, 5 or 10 subsidiaries?
The table below multiplies the per-subsidiary estimates out and sets them against the flat-fee estimates. It counts only the OneWorld fee: the base license, users and modules come on top.
| Group size | Extra subsidiaries | Per-subsidiary pricing ($499 to $1,000 each) | Flat-fee pricing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Parent + 3 | 3 | $1,497 to $3,000 a month | $999 to $2,500 a month |
| Parent + 5 | 5 | $2,495 to $5,000 a month | $999 to $2,500 a month |
| Parent + 10 | 10 | $4,990 to $10,000 a month | $999 to $2,500 a month |
The gap widens with every subsidiary, which is why the pricing model on your quote matters more than the headline figure. BrokenRubik reports total OneWorld deals of $200,000 to $400,000 or more a year for enterprises with 100 or more users.

When do you need OneWorld?
You need OneWorld when you run more than one legal entity and want them in one NetSuite account. Common triggers are a second country, a second base currency, or a holding company that needs consolidated statements.
- One entity, several locations: standard NetSuite handles locations, departments and classes without OneWorld.
- Several entities, one country, one currency: OneWorld usually still applies when each entity keeps its own books.
- Entities in several countries: OneWorld is the usual route, because each subsidiary needs its own currency and tax setup.
What else does a multi-entity NetSuite setup cost?
OneWorld groups usually pay for more than the OneWorld fee. These are the lines that grow with each entity:
- Implementation. Each subsidiary adds setup work: chart of accounts mapping, tax, intercompany rules and opening balances. Partner rates run $100 to $350 an hour.
- Users. Finance staff in each entity need a full user license at $99 to $300 a month per user.
- Advanced Financials. Often added for allocations and consolidated budgets, at $400 to $1,000 a month.
- Payments and collections by entity. Each subsidiary chases its own customers, often in its own currency.
How do OneWorld groups handle collections?
NetSuite’s collections tools work inside each subsidiary. Oracle says to buy the Dunning Letters SuiteApp through your account manager, and one unverified forum report puts the quote at $6,500 per account a year.
Groups that want reminders, statements and a payment portal across every subsidiary often add an accounts receivable tool. Paidnice, for example, connects to NetSuite with OneWorld support on its Custom plan, which is quoted for your setup.
Common questions
How much does NetSuite OneWorld cost per subsidiary?
Third-party estimates put NetSuite OneWorld at $499 to $1,000 a month per subsidiary after the first. Other sources price OneWorld as one flat fee of $999 to $2,500 a month. Oracle publishes no OneWorld price, so ask which model your quote uses.
What is the difference between NetSuite and NetSuite OneWorld?
Standard NetSuite runs one legal entity. OneWorld runs several legal entities in one account, each with its own base currency and tax setup, and consolidates them into the parent’s reports. OneWorld is priced as an extra fee on top of the standard license.
Do elimination subsidiaries cost extra in OneWorld?
One NetSuite partner, BrokenRubik, reports that elimination subsidiaries carry no license fee and that other subsidiaries are licensed by country and base-currency combination. Confirm this on your own quote, because Oracle does not publish the rule.
Does NetSuite OneWorld cost extra?
Yes. OneWorld costs $499 to $1,000 a month per subsidiary after the first, or $999 to $2,500 a month as a flat fee, in third-party estimates, on top of the base license, users and modules. Standard NetSuite, for one legal entity, does not carry the OneWorld fee.
