Directions North America 2027 runs Apr 18-20, 2027 at Hyatt Regency New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Why it matters
Directions NA is a partners-only event, so it is where Business Central implementation partners and the ISVs that extend it set commercial direction, and Microsoft uses it to brief the channel directly rather than through customer marketing. Directions cites more than 55,000 Business Central customers, and 2026 marked 21 years of the conference; the 2027 date and venue are already posted, which is unusual this far ahead.

2026 tiers, as a guide to how 2027 will be priced: super early bird USD 1,495 (to 5 Dec 2025), early bird USD 1,695 (to 15 Feb 2026), regular USD 2,195 (to the event). 2025 ran USD 1,545 early bird, USD 1,745 regular, USD 2,145 late, so the ladder has been rising. Passes are transferable. Organisers advise arriving the day before and leaving the day after; a pre-conference Marketing Day adds a further day at the front.
