E-Invoicing Exchange Summit Europe 2027

E-Invoicing Exchange Summit Europe 2027 is expected in September 2027 in Germany; the organizer has not published dates.

European flagship edition of the e-invoicing and digital tax reporting conference series, covering ViDA, national B2B mandates, EN 16931 and Peppol interoperability.

Autumn 2027 (TBA)
Expected
Not announced by the organizer. The month is expected from past editions and rechecked monthly.

Why it matters

The Europe edition is the flagship of the four-region Exchange Summit series and the venue where the EU's VAT in the Digital Age package and national continuous transaction control mandates are argued out with the providers who build compliance for them. The organiser has published nothing about a 2027 edition; the seed's expectation of an autumn 2027 slot in Germany is a pattern inference, not an announcement, since the current Europe cycle is Berlin on 30 September to 2 October 2026.

Who attends

European tax authorities and ministries, heads of indirect tax, VAT and tax technology at large corporates, shared-service and e-invoicing programme leads, and the provider bench: e-invoicing platforms, ERP vendors, PDP networks and consultancies.

Program

  • From the organiser's Europe framing: legislative changes and VAT in the Digital Age, new tax reporting requirements, and real-time e-invoicing via government platforms
  • Interoperability and cross-border exchange
  • Solution-provider exhibition alongside the conference days

Tickets and opening times

The series' standard two-tier model (a special rate for corporate and public-administration invoice senders and recipients, a standard rate for providers) is expected to apply, but no 2027 Europe rates are published.
