Rightworks' annual user and practice conference for cloud-hosted accounting firms, covering firm technology, security and operating model. Grew out of the Rootworks community events.
Why it matters
RightNOW is the annual conference of cloud provider Rightworks, first held in Austin in 2024 with more than 240 attendees and grown to a three-day program offering up to 20 CPE credits in 2026. It runs mid-year in May, ahead of the fall vendor conferences such as SuiteWorld, so firms hear product news before budget season. The 2026 edition in San Antonio featured keynote Jon Acuff and peer roundtables on AI adoption, cybersecurity and firm succession.

Accounting firm leaders, partners and staff, plus SMB finance professionals in the Rightworks customer community; the 2024 inaugural edition drew 240+ professionals, vendors and speakers per CPA Practice Advisor.
