Why it matters
TEI's Annual Conference restricts attendance to in-house tax professionals: private-practice lawyers, accountants, consultants and government employees are explicitly ineligible to attend. That eligibility rule keeps the room limited to corporate tax executives rather than the advisors who sell to them, unlike most CPA-society tax conferences. The 2026 edition runs October 18 to 21 at the Grand Hyatt Nashville with federal, international, state and local, and Canadian tax sessions.
