SYNERGY is Thomson Reuters' annual user conference, a four-day November event that serves legal, corporate, tax and accounting customers together; the 2026 edition runs Nov 16-19, 2026 at Fontainebleau Las Vegas with early bird passes at USD 2,295. Its tax and audit tracks cover UltraTax CS, GoSystem Tax RS, SurePrep and CoCounsel workflows, software no other large US accounting conference centers. The Luca Pacioli Accounting Awards are presented on site.

Tickets and opening times

SYNERGY 2026 rates, as a guide: early bird (to 31 July 2026) USD 2,295 first attendee from a firm, USD 2,195 each additional attendee; retail (from 1 August 2026) USD 2,695 first attendee, USD 2,595 each additional. Registration covers all breakouts and keynotes, evening events, the Neighborhood exhibit floor and listed meals. Credit card only. Travel and hotel are extra; the 2026 conference room rate at the Fontainebleau is USD 339 per night plus tax. Cancellation deadline for a full refund at the 2026 edition was 15 October 2026.

Getting there

Not announced. Depends on the host city, which is not announced. Recent editions used Las Vegas (LAS, Fontainebleau) and Orlando (MCO, Gaylord Palms and Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek).
