AICPA Construction & Real Estate Conference

Why it matters

Up to 16.5 CPE hours are available across the three-day program, according to AICPA & CIMA. The conference moves to Nashville's JW Marriott in 2026 after three consecutive years in Las Vegas, and runs as its own standalone event rather than as a track inside AICPA's larger Engage conference. Attendees get direct access to WIP, ASC 606, and real estate deal lifecycle sessions rarely grouped together elsewhere.

Tickets and opening times

Full conference registration is USD 2,145 for nonmembers, USD 1,695 for AICPA or CIMA members, and USD 1,545 for CGMA credential holders, covering onsite or live online access and up to 16.5 CPE hours. A reduced Online Select 8 package, choosing eight sessions instead of the full program, runs USD 955 to USD 1,555 depending on membership. Early bird pricing takes USD 150 off any tier before the deadline.
