The ICAEW Annual Conference is the institute's flagship one-day member conference in London, and ICAEW says the event has sold out three years running, which is why the 2026 edition on Friday 16 October moves to the larger InterContinental London - The O2. It is a paid, seated conference of keynotes and role-based afternoon streams rather than a trade show, which sets it apart from the free Accountex expo floor. No 2027 date is published and ICAEW's programme runs only to December 2026, so October 2027 is a pattern-based expectation.

2026 pricing: GBP 295 + VAT member, GBP 425 + VAT non-member, held flat at 2025 prices. 10% discount on groups of three or more. The ticket covers the full-day conference and exhibition, breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon breaks and an evening drinks reception. New for 2026: discounted overnight rooms at the InterContinental London - The O2 on the Thursday night before, booked direct with the hotel. 2027 pricing not published.
