ICB Bookkeepers Summit 2027 is expected in November 2027 in London, at Queen Elizabeth II Centre; the organiser has not published dates, with tickets from GBP 157 + VAT.
ICB's flagship one-day bookkeeping conference and exhibition with keynote sessions, technical updates, a software exhibition and the LUCA Awards, running roughly 08:30 to 17:00.
Why it matters
The ICB Bookkeepers Summit, run by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, is the UK's biggest bookkeeping event, drawing 650 delegates to the QEII Centre in 2025 plus 160 virtual-only attendees. It is the only UK conference aimed at bookkeepers rather than accountants, and the in-person day also hosts the LUCA Awards ceremony and an exhibition of 30 software vendors. In-person tickets start at GBP 157 + VAT and include the two-day virtual summit.
Who attends
Bookkeepers, payroll professionals and finance administrators, mostly sole practitioners and micro practices, ICB members and non-members alike; ICB states all bookkeepers are welcome. The 2025 edition drew 650 people to the QEII Centre and 160 virtual-only attendees.

Tickets and opening times
These are the published 2026 tiers; 2027 pricing is not yet available. In-person tickets for the 2026 edition start at GBP 157 + VAT for ICB members and include the two-day virtual summit, with virtual-only tickets at GBP 99 + VAT. Early bird tickets for the 2026 edition ran to 24 July 2026 from GBP 137 + VAT. In 2025 the tiers were GBP 149 + VAT for members, GBP 99 + VAT for students and GBP 229 + VAT for non-members.
