The best AR automation software for NetSuite depends on the bottleneck. Paidnice fits a team that wants reminders, statements, late fees and reply handling run by customer group. Chaser fits multi-channel chasing with credit checks. Upflow, Kolleno, Gaviti, Quadient AR, Versapay, Billtrust, Tesorio, HighRadius and Invoiced add cash application, portals or forecasting, mostly on quoted enterprise plans.
In short
- Four of the eleven vendors state two-way sync with NetSuite in their own words: Paidnice, Upflow, Tesorio and HighRadius.
- Three state NetSuite OneWorld support: Paidnice, Upflow and HighRadius. The rest do not say.
- Three print a current price on their own site (Paidnice, Chaser, Kolleno). Kolleno puts NetSuite on its custom Enterprise tier, and Chaser does not name the plan that includes NetSuite.
- NetSuite’s own Dunning Letters is a separate paid SuiteApp. It sends the letter, and Oracle’s documentation describes no reply handling.
You run collections from saved searches and an Excel tracker. NetSuite’s Dunning Letters is a SuiteApp you buy through your account manager, and it stops once the letter goes out. Every vendor on your shortlist says it integrates with NetSuite, so the question you have to answer is how.
CPA note, Harry P. Smart: "Integrates with NetSuite" covers everything from a one-way invoice read to a two-way sync that writes payments, notes and custom fields back to the ledger. Ask which records travel in each direction before you compare features or prices.
What does NetSuite already do for AR?
NetSuite sends dunning letters through the Dunning Letters SuiteApp, which Oracle sells separately. AR automation software adds reply handling, portals, cash application or forecasting on top.
What NetSuite does on its own, from Oracle’s help pages:
- Dunning letters. A SuiteApp bought through your NetSuite account manager, with no public price. Procedures run up to 15 levels, set by days overdue from 99 days before the due date.
- Run limits. 100 letters per email run and 100 per PDF print run. PDF letters are downloaded manually from a printing queue, and only accounts with the Multiple Currencies feature can use the SuiteApp.
- Finance charges. A manual run under Assess Finance Charges, one assessment per customer per day. The charges post as finance charge invoices.
- Statements and a payment link. Monthly statements by print or email, and a Payment Link page that needs Payment Instruments, a gateway, DKIM and Advanced PDF/HTML templates set up first.
Oracle’s dunning documentation describes no reading of customer replies, no promise-to-pay record and no dispute status. That gap, plus cash application and a customer portal, is where the tools below differ.
How this list was put together
This list helps a NetSuite finance team shortlist AR automation software by how deep the NetSuite connection goes, then by price and fit.
| What we checked | Where the evidence came from |
|---|---|
| Revenue fit and billing model | Each vendor’s pricing page, with "Not published" where there is none |
| SuiteApp listing and Built for NetSuite status | The vendor’s own NetSuite page, then named third-party lists, labeled as third-party |
| Two-way sync, custom fields and OneWorld | The vendor’s own NetSuite integration page, quoted |
| Plan that includes NetSuite | The vendor’s pricing page |
| Cash application and portal | Vendor feature pages |
| Price | Vendor pricing pages, then named third-party sources (ERP Research, Vendr, Capterra), shown as last reported |
| Rating and review count | G2 or Capterra, where the tool has reviews from NetSuite users |
Each source on this page is named, and third-party claims are labeled as third-party.
The eleven tools in five checked facts
- Four state two-way or bi-directional sync with NetSuite: Paidnice, Upflow, Tesorio and HighRadius. Kolleno states that payments post back to NetSuite.
- Four state that NetSuite custom fields sync: Paidnice, Upflow, Tesorio and HighRadius.
- Three state NetSuite OneWorld support: Paidnice, Upflow and HighRadius.
- Four say on their own pages that they are listed as a SuiteApp: Chaser, Upflow, Kolleno and Quadient AR. Only Chaser states Built for NetSuite status on its own NetSuite page.
- Nine of the eleven offer cash application.
How does each tool connect to NetSuite?
Of the eleven tools, only four state two-way sync and custom-field sync on their own NetSuite page; the rest leave at least one of the two undocumented.
| Tool | SuiteApp listing | Built for NetSuite | Sync direction | Custom fields | OneWorld | Plan that includes NetSuite |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Paidnice | Not listed | Not listed | Two-way | Yes | Yes | Custom, quoted |
| Chaser | Yes, NetSuite Marketplace listing per vendor | Stated by vendor | Direct API integration | Not stated | Not stated | Not stated |
| Upflow | Yes, "Official SuiteApp Partner" | Not stated | Real-time bi-directional | Yes | Yes, one Upflow organization per subsidiary | Grow and above |
| Kolleno | Yes, "Official SuiteApp Integration Partner" | Not stated | Real-time; payments post back | Not stated | Not stated | Enterprise (custom) |
| Gaviti | None found | None found | None found | None found | None found | Quote only |

| Invoiced | None found | None found | Listed as a native integration | None found | None found | Quote only |
Go-live time, cash application, price and rating
Only three vendors state a go-live time, and nine of the eleven offer cash application.
| Tool | Time to go live (vendor statement) | Cash application | Last-reported price (USD) | Rating |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Paidnice | Not stated | Reads remittance advice and logs it against invoices | Custom from $999 a month, quoted for your setup | Not applicable |
| Chaser | Not stated | None found | $259 a month on Compact; NetSuite plan not stated | Capterra 4.9 (45) |
| Upflow | Connects in "less than five minutes" | Yes, Accelerate and above | Last published $440 (Grow) and $880 (Scale) a month | G2 4.8 (about 230) |
| Kolleno | Not stated | Yes | Enterprise is custom; lower tiers from $650 per user a month | G2 4.9 (117) |
| Gaviti | Not stated | Yes | No price published | Capterra 4.5 (91) |
| Quadient AR | Not stated | Yes | Capterra lists from $500 a month | Capterra 4.5 (33) |
| Versapay | Not stated | Yes | Third-party estimate $50,000 to $150,000+ a year | Capterra 4.4 (29) |
| Billtrust | Not stated | Yes | Buyer-reported $20,000 to $60,000 a year | G2 4.4 (count not confirmed) |
| Tesorio | "Weeks, not months" | Yes | Vendr median $17,644 a year | Capterra 4.9 (10) |
| HighRadius | 6 to 8 weeks (FAQ on its AP integration page) | Yes | Third-party estimate $50,000 to $150,000+ a year | Capterra 4.4 (13) |
| Invoiced | Not stated | Yes | Third-party "from about $299 a month" | Capterra 4.7 (149) |
"Not stated" means the vendor’s own NetSuite page does not say. "None found" means no vendor or third-party source says either way. "Third party says yes" names a claim from an independent list (viewpointanalysis.com, or Tesorio’s own list for Versapay), not from the vendor. Prices are monthly billing unless marked, before tax. Check current pricing with the vendor.
Which AR automation tool fits which company?
Pick by revenue band first, then by the step that costs your team the most time: chasing and replies, cash application, or a customer portal.
| Your situation | Tools to shortlist | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Under $5m revenue, one or two people chasing | Paidnice, Chaser | Published prices; reminders, statements and fees without a cash application project |
| $5m to $50m, collections and replies are the bottleneck | Paidnice, Chaser, Upflow | Customer-group policies and reply handling (Paidnice), multi-channel chasing (Chaser), analytics and portal (Upflow) |
| $10m and above, cash application is the bottleneck | Kolleno, Quadient AR, Gaviti, Invoiced | Bank-file and remittance matching, with NetSuite posting |
| Buyers want to pay and query invoices in a portal | Versapay, Upflow, Gaviti | Shared invoice portal with card and ACH |
| $100m and above, high invoice volume or deductions | HighRadius, Billtrust, Tesorio | Enterprise cash application, credit and forecasting, quoted from five figures a year |
The revenue bands are orientation only. Chaser’s published tiers run to $120m revenue in USD, and Kolleno’s pricing page lists its Enterprise tier, the one with NetSuite, for £100m to £1bn.
1. Paidnice, best for late fees on NetSuite
Best for: a NetSuite team that wants reminders, statements, late fees and reply handling run by customer group.

Paidnice works the open invoices in NetSuite: reminder sequences and statements set per customer group, late fees and interest, payment plans and early payment discounts.
- Fits: NetSuite businesses of any invoice volume that want collections policy set by customer group, including NetSuite OneWorld groups with several subsidiaries.
- Entry cost: Custom from $999 a month (£749 in the UK), quoted for your setup: the ERP connection, your invoice volume and support. There are no plan limits, and it is never priced by your revenue.
- NetSuite connection: Paidnice connects to NetSuite (two-way sync, custom fields, OneWorld supported) through a custom implementation on its Custom plan, set up by an implementation specialist. It can replace the NetSuite Dunning Letters SuiteApp.
Paidnice reads customer replies and drafts a response, and a person approves it before it sends. Payment plans, early payment discounts and call summaries synced to NetSuite as notes are live on NetSuite. Late fees and interest are raised on the ledger as Draft or Approved invoices, and credit checks run through your Creditsafe API connection, on the Custom plan.
Limitation: the NetSuite connection is on the Custom plan only and is built for each customer, so setup runs through an implementation specialist. Paidnice is not listed on SuiteApp.com and has no Built for NetSuite badge.
2. Chaser, best for multi-channel chasing
Best for: teams that want email, SMS, letters and Creditsafe checks across several ledgers.

Chaser is a UK reminder-led AR tool, trading since 2014, that runs chasing by email, SMS, posted letters and calls, with Creditsafe credit reports inside the tool.
- Fits: businesses with a named credit controller. In USD the tiers are priced by revenue: Compact under $5m, Core under $13m and Complete under $120m.
- Entry cost: $259 a month on Compact, $779 on Core and $1,169 on Complete (Chaser pricing page). A 10-day free trial is available on request: you submit a signup form and Chaser provisions the account.
- Rated: 4.9 from 45 on Capterra.
- NetSuite connection: Chaser’s NetSuite page calls it "Built for NetSuite" accounts receivable software with a NetSuite Marketplace listing and a "direct API integration". It does not state two-way sync, custom fields or OneWorld support.
Multi-entity support is in Core and Complete, not Compact. Late fees run on one set of rules for the account, applied to every debtor or to selected debtors.
Limitation: Chaser does not say which plan includes NetSuite, and price steps with company revenue rather than invoice volume.
3. Upflow, best for a payment portal
Best for: SaaS and mid-market teams that want a payment portal and documented sync depth.

Upflow is a Paris-founded AR platform built around collections analytics, a branded payment portal and reminder workflows.
- Fits: mid-market finance teams, priced by gross invoice value in bands from $10m to $100m and above.
- Entry cost: Upflow’s last published prices were $440 a month for Grow and $880 for Scale; it now quotes by gross invoice value. It was last published at $440 a month for Grow and $880 for Scale (Upflow pricing page). NetSuite starts on Grow.
- Rated: 4.8 from about 230 on G2.
- NetSuite connection: "Official SuiteApp Partner" with "Real-time bi-directional sync". Upflow says "NetSuite custom fields sync directly into Upflow" and "Upflow supports NetSuite OneWorld", with each subsidiary mapped to one Upflow organization. Connecting "takes less than five minutes".
The Cash Application Agent is on Accelerate and above. Upflow documents applying late fees in NetSuite, and no native late fee calculation was found in its documentation.
Limitation: no published price, and the quote rises with gross invoice value. Late fees stay an ERP-side job.
4. Kolleno, best for lean finance teams
Best for: lean finance teams that want cash application with NetSuite-posted payments.

Kolleno is a London AR and cash application platform. Its depth is in matching: remittance parsing, BAI2, NACHA and ISO 20022 bank files, partial payments and credit-note offsets.
- Fits: mid-market and enterprise teams; NetSuite sits on the Enterprise tier, which the pricing page lists for £100m to £1bn revenue.
- Entry cost: BusinessPay is $650 per user a month on monthly billing ($545 on annual), and Business Plus $1,245 ($995 on annual). Neither lists NetSuite; Enterprise is custom (Kolleno pricing page).
- Rated: 4.9 from 117 on G2.
- NetSuite connection: "Official SuiteApp Integration Partner", "syncing with NetSuite in real time", with payments posted back to NetSuite automatically. It also writes NetSuite multi-currency FX journal entries.
Auto-reconciliation starts on Enterprise. See Kolleno pricing for the full tier list.
Limitation: NetSuite is only on the custom Enterprise tier, so the published per-user prices do not apply to a NetSuite buyer. No late fee feature was found in its documentation.
5. Gaviti, best for unlimited users
Best for: mid-market teams that want usage-based pricing with unlimited users.

Gaviti is an invoice-to-cash platform founded in 2016 in Israel, covering collections workflows, cash application, credit management, disputes and a customer portal with zero-fee ACH.
- Fits: mid-market and enterprise teams and shared service centers.
- Entry cost: quote only. Gaviti describes "tailored pricing based on your usage, not per user" with unlimited users, and no price has been published (Gaviti pricing page).
- Rated: 4.5 from 91 on Capterra.
- NetSuite connection: NetSuite is named on Gaviti’s homepage alongside Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365 and SAP. Sync direction, custom fields and OneWorld support were not found in any source.
Gaviti states that cash application is "90% completed automatically", a vendor figure. There is no free trial, only a demo and an ROI calculator.
Limitation: no published NetSuite detail and no price, so sync depth has to be tested in a sandbox. No late fee feature was found.
6. Quadient AR, best for payment prediction
Best for: mid-market NetSuite teams that want payment-date prediction and cash application.

Quadient AR, formerly YayPay, is the AR module inside Quadient’s finance suite. It predicts payment dates, runs cash application, and handles credit applications and disputes.
- Fits: mid-market to enterprise B2B teams; most G2 reviewers work at companies of 51 to 1,000 employees.
- Entry cost: quote only. Capterra lists a starting price of $500 a month, priced per feature by invoice volume; a third-party estimate puts implementation at $5,000 to $15,000.
- Rated: 4.5 from 33 on Capterra.
- NetSuite connection: Quadient lists NetSuite as a SuiteApp integration. Automatic push of cash application results into NetSuite is off by default, and delivery attempts to the ERP expire after 7 days.
Limitation: the customer portal cannot split an invoice into installments, and the team works from one shared AR mailbox.
7. Versapay, best for a shared buyer portal
Best for: teams whose buyers settle invoices in a shared portal.

Versapay is a US and Canadian AR platform built on a shared invoice portal where buyer and seller both see the invoice and the buyer pays by card or ACH.
- Fits: mid-market B2B sellers in manufacturing, wholesale distribution and professional services.
- Entry cost: quote only. ERP Research estimates $50,000 to $150,000+ a year, quoted by invoice volume, with processing fees on top.
- Rated: 4.4 from 29 on Capterra.
- NetSuite connection: Versapay’s integrations page names "native integration with several of the top ERP systems, Oracle NetSuite". It does not state sync direction, custom fields or OneWorld. Third parties describe it as a certified SuiteApp with Built for NetSuite status.
Versapay also powers NetSuite Pay, Oracle’s payments product for the US and Canada.
Limitation: no published price, and no late fee feature was found on the pages reviewed.
8. Billtrust, best for high-volume distributors
Best for: distributors and manufacturers with large invoice volumes.

Billtrust is an enterprise order-to-cash suite: invoice delivery to buyer AP portals, payments, credit, collections and cash application, which it says reaches "95%+ match rates".
- Fits: enterprise and large mid-market B2B suppliers.
- Entry cost: quote only. Buyers report $20,000 to $60,000 a year, rising with invoice volume, with enterprise contracts often above $75,000, plus processing fees (ERP Research).
- Rated: 4.4 on G2 (review count not confirmed).
- NetSuite connection: Billtrust’s home page names "200+ connectors" but no ERP. A third party describes a listed SuiteApp connector that syncs invoices, payments and customer data.
Limitation: Billtrust’s own pages do not document its NetSuite connection, and pricing sits well above the SMB range.
9. Tesorio, best for cash forecasting
Best for: NetSuite teams that want collections plus cash forecasting.

Tesorio is a US order-to-cash platform for B2B SaaS and manufacturing, with collections, cash application and an AR forecast.
- Fits: mid-market and enterprise teams, with no revenue floor stated.
- Entry cost: quote only. Vendr reports a median of $17,644 a year across 60 purchases; Vendr’s own tier ranges do not agree with that median, so treat it as a signal.
- Rated: 4.9 from 10 on Capterra; Tesorio’s homepage shows 4.7 from 238 on G2.
- NetSuite connection: "Deep, bidirectional sync with Oracle NetSuite". Tesorio maps "NetSuite custom fields, saved searches, and custom records" and says teams are "up and running in weeks, not months". Its page asks whether a SuiteApp is required and does not answer.
Limitation: no published price, no OneWorld statement, and no late fee feature found.
10. HighRadius, best for large enterprises
Best for: large enterprises with complex cash application.

HighRadius is an enterprise finance automation suite covering collections, cash application, deductions, credit, treasury and close, used by more than 1,500 clients.
- Fits: enterprise and upper mid-market teams.
- Entry cost: quote only. An outcome-based option charges $0 implementation and $0 subscription until go-live, then "a fraction of the actual savings" (HighRadius press release). ERP Research estimates $50,000 to $150,000+ a year.
- Rated: 4.4 from 13 on Capterra.
- NetSuite connection: "two-way, real-time data flow", "fully supports the use of custom fields, custom records, and tailored workflows", and works with "standard and NetSuite OneWorld editions". A third party reports that its RadiusOne AR SuiteApp has Built for NetSuite status.
The FAQ on its NetSuite integration page, which is written for AP, gives 6 to 8 weeks.
Limitation: priced and staffed for enterprise programs, with no published price.
11. Invoiced, best for billing plus dunning
Best for: mid-market businesses that want billing, dunning and payments in one platform.

Invoiced, part of Flywire since 2024, combines invoicing and billing, collections, a customer portal, cash application (CashMatch) and native late fee automation.
- Fits: mid-market to enterprise B2B finance teams, multi-entity or international.
- Entry cost: quote only. Capterra lists a custom quote billed per user per month; ERP Research reports "from about $299 a month".
- Rated: 4.7 from 149 on Capterra.
- NetSuite connection: Invoiced lists NetSuite among its native ERP integrations. Sync direction, custom fields and OneWorld support were not found in any source.
See Invoiced vs Tesorio for a head-to-head.
Limitation: the NetSuite connection depth is undocumented in the sources reviewed, and there is no free trial.
How much does AR automation for NetSuite cost?
Most NetSuite AR vendors quote privately. Last-reported figures run from $259 a month to third-party estimates above $150,000 a year, before processing fees and implementation.
| Tool | Price | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Paidnice | Custom from $999 a month, quoted for your setup | Vendor |
| Chaser | $259, $779 or $1,169 a month by revenue band | Chaser pricing page |
| Upflow | Last published $440 (Grow) and $880 (Scale) a month; current prices hidden | Upflow pricing page |
| Kolleno | $650 or $1,245 per user a month; Enterprise (with NetSuite) custom | Kolleno pricing page |
| Gaviti | No price published; usage-based, unlimited users | Gaviti pricing page |
| Quadient AR | From $500 a month; implementation $5,000 to $15,000 | Capterra; third-party estimate |
| Versapay | $50,000 to $150,000+ a year | ERP Research |
| Billtrust | $20,000 to $60,000 a year, plus processing fees | ERP Research |
| Tesorio | Median $17,644 a year | Vendr |
| HighRadius | $50,000 to $150,000+ a year, or outcome-based | ERP Research; HighRadius press release |
| Invoiced | From about $299 a month | ERP Research |
The NetSuite side of the bill sits outside these figures: the Dunning Letters SuiteApp, OneWorld subsidiaries and any SuiteCloud Plus licenses for extra API capacity. See NetSuite editions and modules and ERP pricing compared.
What goes wrong after go-live?
NetSuite caps how many API calls run at once, from 5 on a Standard service tier upward, and an AR tool shares that cap with every other integration. Oracle is also retiring SOAP web services and token-based sign-in for new integrations, so ask each vendor which method its connection uses and when it moves.
What should I ask a vendor before a NetSuite demo?
Ask eight questions, and ask for the answer in writing, because most vendor NetSuite pages leave at least one of them out.
- Is the connection listed as a SuiteApp, and does it hold Built for NetSuite status today?
- Which records sync in each direction: invoices, payments, credit memos, notes, fees?
- Do our custom fields and custom records sync, and who maps them?
- Do you support NetSuite OneWorld, and how do subsidiaries map to your account?
- Which plan includes NetSuite, and what does it cost at our invoice volume?
- How many of our NetSuite concurrency slots will the sync use?
- Which sign-in method does the connection use, SOAP, token-based or REST with OAuth 2.0?
- Can we test with our own messy remittances and multi-subsidiary data in a sandbox before we sign?
Do I still need AR software if NetSuite has dunning?
Not always. If your bottleneck is visibility, start with tight saved searches and AR reports in NetSuite, and add Dunning Letters for scheduled reminders.
Add a tool when one of four things takes your team’s time: reading and answering customer replies, giving buyers a portal to pay and query, matching payments to invoices, or running collections across several subsidiaries. The best AR automation software guide covers tools outside NetSuite, and the wholesale distribution guide covers distributors.
Common questions
What is the best AR automation software for NetSuite?
It depends on size and bottleneck. Paidnice, Chaser, Upflow, Kolleno, Gaviti, Quadient AR, Versapay, Billtrust, Tesorio, HighRadius and Invoiced all connect to NetSuite. Paidnice fits collections run by customer group, Chaser multi-channel chasing, and the rest add cash application, portals or forecasting on quoted plans.
Can NetSuite be used for accounts receivable?
Yes. NetSuite records invoices, payments and credit memos, sends statements, assesses finance charges in a manual run and, with the separately sold Dunning Letters SuiteApp, sends up to 15 levels of dunning letters. It does not read customer replies or match bank files without added tools.
Does NetSuite have built-in automated dunning?
Yes, through the Dunning Letters SuiteApp, which Oracle sells separately through your account manager. It emails letters automatically in runs of up to 100, leaves PDF letters to be downloaded manually, and its documentation describes no reply handling.
What does Built for NetSuite mean?
Built for NetSuite is Oracle’s partner program. Per Oracle’s program page and partner glossaries, a partner passes a questionnaire, references or a demo, renews for major releases, and can lose the badge. Oracle gives no guarantee about the app.
Is a SuiteApp the same as a native integration?
No. A SuiteApp is an app listed on Oracle’s SuiteApp marketplace. It can run inside NetSuite or work as an external service connected through an integration, so ask the vendor which kind it is.
How much does AR automation for NetSuite cost?
Last-reported prices run from $259 a month for Chaser’s entry tier to third-party estimates above $150,000 a year for HighRadius and Versapay. Most vendors quote privately. The ERP pricing guide covers the NetSuite license side.
Can AR software handle NetSuite OneWorld?
Paidnice, Upflow and HighRadius state OneWorld support. The other eight do not say on their NetSuite pages. With Multi-Subsidiary Customer on, NetSuite’s own dunning attaches one statement per subsidiary. OneWorld’s own cost is on the OneWorld pricing page.
How long does it take to connect AR software to NetSuite?
Only three vendors state a time. Upflow says connecting takes less than five minutes, Tesorio says weeks, and HighRadius gives 6 to 8 weeks in the FAQ on its NetSuite integration page, which is written for AP. Oracle publishes no typical time.
