NetSuite AR automation pricing in 2026: what each tool costs

NetSuite does not include AR automation software, and most tools that connect to it quote privately. This guide puts published prices and third-party estimates in separate columns, with the source beside each figure.

NetSuite AR automation pricing is mostly private: of eleven tools that connect to NetSuite, three publish a figure. Chaser publishes plans from $259 a month and Kolleno from $650 per user a month, but Kolleno lists NetSuite only on its custom Enterprise plan. Third-party estimates for quote-only tools run from about $13,000 to over $150,000 a year.

In short

  • NetSuite itself has no AR automation subscription. Oracle sells the Dunning Letters SuiteApp separately and publishes no price for it.
  • Tesorio, Versapay, HighRadius, Billtrust, Quadient AR, Gaviti and Invoiced quote privately. Estimates for the same tool differ by more than ten times between sources.
  • Ask every vendor to price the same scope: invoices a month, subsidiaries, modules, payment processing fees and implementation.

Your NetSuite renewal is coming and the collectors still work from saved searches. You ask five AR vendors for a price and get five calls booked, so you open a spreadsheet to compare them.

How much does AR automation for NetSuite cost?

Most AR automation vendors that connect to NetSuite quote privately; Chaser publishes plans from $259 a month and Kolleno lists NetSuite on a custom Enterprise plan.

AR automation is a separate subscription on top of the NetSuite license. Vendors price it by one of four meters: invoice volume or invoice value, users, company revenue, or a share of payments through a processing fee. Modules move the price most. A tool that sends reminders costs far less than a suite that adds cash application, deductions and credit management, so compare like with like. For what NetSuite itself costs, see our NetSuite pricing guide.

What does each NetSuite AR tool cost?

Three of the eleven tools publish a price, one has a last published price, and seven quote privately with only third-party estimates.

Which currency and plan do these NetSuite AR prices use?

Published prices come from each vendor’s own pricing page, per month, before tax. Chaser also publishes GBP prices: £199, £599 and £899 a month. Kolleno’s page shows a dollar sign without a currency code; we treat it as USD, as in our Kolleno pricing guide. Upflow’s figures are its last published prices, described in our Upflow pricing guide. Chaser’s full plan list is in our Chaser pricing guide. Check current pricing with the vendor.

Why do estimates for the same NetSuite AR tool differ so much?

Estimates for one AR tool differ because sources count different contracts: small samples, mixed product lines, different years and different modules. The vendor pricing pages for HighRadius, Versapay, Billtrust and Tesorio show which sources each estimate comes from.

Tesorio shows the problem inside one source. Vendr’s Tesorio guide gives a median of $17,644 a year and a range of $7,500 to $43,591, and the same page says most organizations pay $30,000 to $150,000 a year. It also gives two different purchase counts. HighRadius has a Vendr median of $12,973 against an ERP Research range of $50,000 to $150,000+, which is roughly ten times apart at the top.

ToolLow estimateHigh estimateWhy they differ
Tesorio$17,644 a year (Vendr median)$30,000 to $150,000 a year (same Vendr page)One page mixes buyer data with a tier guide
HighRadius$12,973 a year (Vendr median, small sample)$50,000 to $150,000+ a year (ERP Research)Vendr’s sample mixes product lines; ERP Research prices a full order-to-cash rollout
Billtrust$20,000 a year (ERP Research)Over $75,000 a year for enterprise (ERP Research)Price rises with invoice volume; processing fees sit on top
InvoicedAbout $299 a month (ERP Research)Custom quote per user (Capterra)ERP Research reflects an older SMB plan; Invoiced now sells to mid-market and enterprise

Treat any single estimate as a signal, not a quote. The figure that counts is the one a vendor writes down for your invoice volume and modules.

How do I turn a NetSuite AR quote into a cost per invoice?

Divide the annual quote by the number of invoices you send in a year to get a cost per invoice you can compare across vendors.

Cost per invoice = annual quote ÷ (invoices a month × 12)

Use the full year-one figure, with implementation and any minimum processing fees, for a first-year cost per invoice. Run it again without implementation for later years. We do not compute vendor rows here: no vendor publishes a fixed price for a plan that includes NetSuite, so any per-invoice figure would rest on a guess about which plan you get.

What NetSuite AR costs sit outside the subscription?

Implementation, payment processing, NetSuite platform add-ons and your admin’s time often sit outside the AR tool’s subscription.

  • Implementation. Vendr puts Tesorio’s implementation at $10,000 to $50,000+. Ask every vendor for a fixed implementation fee in writing. Our NetSuite implementation cost guide covers the ERP project itself.
  • Payment processing. NetSuite Pay, Oracle’s payments product run by Versapay for the US and Canada, lists $200 a month per merchant, cards at 2.9% plus $0.30 and ACH at 0.35% plus $0.30 capped at $8, per Versapay’s NetSuite Pay pricing page. Billtrust and Versapay quotes add processing fees on top of the subscription.
  • Integration capacity. Oracle sets how many integration calls can run at once by service tier, and SuiteCloud Plus licenses that raise the limit are an extra cost. A busy AR tool shares that limit with every other integration you run.
  • Sandbox. Testing an AR connection before go-live needs a sandbox, which Oracle sells separately; our NetSuite pricing guide lists third-party figures.
  • Your admin’s time. An external AR tool needs an integration record, a dedicated integration user with a limited role, and token setup in both sandbox and production.
  • Middleware. Ask whether the vendor connects to NetSuite directly or through a connector you license separately.

Is there a free or built-in AR option in NetSuite?

NetSuite has no free AR automation: the Dunning Letters SuiteApp is a paid purchase through your NetSuite account manager, and Oracle publishes no price.

The SuiteApp needs Multiple Currencies, Multi-Language, Advanced PDF/HTML and SuiteFlow enabled, even for a single-currency business. Its email and PDF queues each cap at 100 letters per run, and Oracle states it "cannot detect bounced email messages".

The no-cost routes are manual. A scheduled saved search emails a table of overdue rows to your own staff, not a letter to each customer with the invoice attached. A bulk mail merge to a dynamic customer group sends collection letters, but someone has to run it each time. See NetSuite editions and modules for what each license includes.

How do I compare NetSuite AR automation quotes?

Send every vendor the same six questions so the quotes price the same scope.

  1. How many invoices a month, and how much invoice value a year, does the quote cover, and what happens above it?
  2. How many NetSuite subsidiaries are included? OneWorld groups should name each one; see NetSuite OneWorld pricing.
  3. Which modules are in the price: reminders, statements, customer portal, cash application, credit management, disputes?
  4. What processing fees apply to card and ACH payments, and is there a monthly merchant fee?
  5. What is the implementation fee, and is it fixed?
  6. What is the contract term, the notice period to stop renewal, and the cap on renewal increases? Kolleno’s terms, for example, default to 24 months with 90 days’ notice.

UK teams comparing credit control software for NetSuite can use the same list; credit control software pricing covers the tools that publish GBP prices.

Common questions

How much does AR automation for NetSuite cost?

Most AR automation tools for NetSuite quote privately. Chaser publishes plans from $259 a month and Kolleno from $650 per user a month, with NetSuite on Kolleno’s custom Enterprise plan. Third-party estimates for quote-only tools run from about $13,000 to over $150,000 a year.

Does NetSuite include AR automation?

No. NetSuite has the Dunning Letters SuiteApp, which is a separate paid purchase through your NetSuite account manager, and Oracle publishes no price for it. Saved search emails and mail merge letters are included, but they run manually or reach only your own staff.

Which NetSuite AR tools publish their prices?

Chaser and Kolleno publish plan prices, and one more tool lists a from-price for a custom plan. Neither Chaser nor Kolleno shows a price for a plan that includes NetSuite: Chaser does not say which plan includes it, and Kolleno lists it on custom Enterprise. Upflow’s last published prices were $440 and $880 a month. The others quote privately.

What NetSuite AR costs sit outside the subscription?

Implementation, payment processing fees, SuiteCloud Plus licenses if integrations hit Oracle’s concurrency limit, a sandbox for testing and your admin’s setup time. NetSuite Pay lists $200 a month plus 2.9% and $0.30 per card payment, per Versapay’s NetSuite Pay pricing page.

Do I need middleware such as Celigo?

Only if the vendor does not connect to NetSuite directly. Ask each vendor whether its connection is built in or runs through a connector you license separately, and include that license in the quote you compare.

Why do NetSuite AR price estimates disagree?

Sources count different contracts. Vendr’s Tesorio page gives a $17,644 median and also says most organizations pay $30,000 to $150,000 a year. Small samples, mixed product lines and different module sets all widen the spread.
