Versapay pricing in 2026: fees and NetSuite Pay

What Versapay costs, what third parties report paying, the published NetSuite Pay fees, and what card and ACH processing add to the bill.

Versapay publishes no price for its AR platform and quotes each buyer by invoice volume. ERP Research reports $50,000 to $150,000+ a year for the subscription, with payment processing fees on top. For NetSuite Pay, which Versapay runs, Versapay publishes $200 a month, 2.9% + 30 cents per card payment and 0.35% + 30 cents per ACH payment, capped at $8.

In short

  • Meter: an annual subscription quoted by invoice volume, plus processing fees on every card and ACH payment your customers make through Versapay.
  • Published fees: only for NetSuite Pay. The $200 a month there is a merchant account fee, separate from any AR platform subscription.
  • Hidden costs: no implementation fee is published; Versapay says setup takes 4 to 6 weeks with a dedicated team.
  • Alternatives to consider: Paidnice from $69 a month on Xero and QuickBooks Online, or Custom from $999 a month for NetSuite; Billtrust and HighRadius on quote.

CPA note, Harry P. Smart: with Versapay, the subscription is often the smaller number. A company that takes $1 million a month by card pays about $29,000 a month in card fees at the NetSuite Pay rate, before the subscription.

How much does Versapay cost?

Subscription figures are last reported by ERP Research; Versapay keeps its current prices hidden. NetSuite Pay fees come from Versapay’s NetSuite Pay pricing page. Ask Versapay for a written quote before you budget.

How does Versapay price its software?

Versapay charges an annual subscription set by invoice volume and earns processing fees on payments made through its portal.

The subscription covers the AR platform: customer portal and e-invoicing, collections, AI cash application and DSO reporting. The processing fees come from your customers’ card and ACH payments. ERP Research notes that Versapay earns processing revenue on portal payments, so compare it with subscription-only tools on the total, not the subscription alone.

On its comparison page against Paystand, Versapay says it offers "interchange-plus pricing with Level 2/3 data capture". Under interchange-plus, you pay the card network’s interchange rate plus a fixed markup. Level 2 and Level 3 data can qualify B2B card payments for lower interchange. Ask for the markup in writing.

What does NetSuite Pay by Versapay cost?

NetSuite Pay costs $200 a month, plus 2.9% + 30 cents per card authorization and 0.35% + 30 cents per ACH payment, capped at $8, with no setup fee.

NetSuite Pay is Oracle’s card and ACH product for NetSuite, available in the US and Canada only. Oracle’s documentation says Versapay provides underwriting and merchant service. Setup means installing the NetSuite Pay SuiteApp and passing a Versapay merchant application.

FeeAmountWhen it applies
Merchant account fee$200 a monthEvery month; includes standard program fees and the PCI program fee

Non-US card1%Per transaction on a card issued outside the US

What do processing fees add to the bill?

At NetSuite Pay rates, a company taking 100 card payments of $1,200 and 400 ACH payments of $3,000 a month pays about $6,900 a month in fees, or about $83,000 a year.

The ACH fee reaches its $8 cap at about $2,200 per payment. Above that size, every ACH payment costs $8. Card fees have no cap, so the card share of your payments drives the total.

Payment mix per monthCard feesACH feesMerchant feeTotal a monthTotal a year
100 card payments of $1,200; 400 ACH payments of $3,000$3,510$3,200$200$6,910$82,920
200 card payments of $500; 1,000 ACH payments of $800$2,960$3,100$200$6,260$75,120
No card; 300 ACH payments of $10,000$0$2,400$200$2,600$31,200

Fees calculated from the published NetSuite Pay rates: card 2.9% of the payment plus 30 cents; ACH 0.35% plus 30 cents, capped at $8. Excludes chargebacks, returns and non-US cards. A custom Versapay contract can carry different rates.

Steering customers from card to ACH lowers the fee per payment, because the ACH fee is capped at $8. Ask Versapay whether you can set a minimum invoice size for card payments, and whether its portal supports surcharging where state law allows it.

Which ERPs does the Versapay price cover?

Versapay lists native integrations for NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Business Central and Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management; other ERPs connect by open API or flat file.

ERPConnector typeWho builds it
NetSuiteNative integration; NetSuite Pay runs as a SuiteAppVersapay (NetSuite Pay with Oracle)
Business CentralNative integrationVersapay
Dynamics 365 FinanceNative integration (Finance & Supply Chain Management)Versapay
Sage IntacctNative integrationVersapay
SAPNot listed; open API or flat fileYour team or a partner
Xero, QuickBooks OnlineNot listed

An API or flat-file connection usually means extra implementation work. Ask whether it is priced into the quote or billed as services.

How long does Versapay take to set up?

Versapay says customers are "up-and-running within 4 to 6-weeks" with a dedicated implementation team, and it publishes no implementation fee.

Ask three questions before you sign. Is implementation included in the first-year price? Does the 4 to 6 weeks include ERP testing and customer portal rollout? Who maintains the connector after go-live?

What do reviewers say about Versapay?

Versapay scores 4.4 on Capterra and on Gartner Peer Insights, and 4.1 on G2.

G24.1 out of 595

Gartner Peer Insights4.4 out of 519 ratings
TrustRadius7.9 out of 105

Is Versapay worth the price?

Versapay is worth its price for a mid-market B2B company on NetSuite, Business Central or Sage Intacct that wants its customers to pay inside a portal. It costs more than it returns for a company whose customers pay mostly by card at high values, unless it negotiates the card markup or surcharges.

Price the subscription and the processing together. A five-figure subscription plus processing fees on every payment is a different budget from a flat subscription alone. For the ERP side of the same budget, see NetSuite pricing.

What are the alternatives to Versapay?

The main Versapay alternatives are Billtrust, HighRadius, Paidnice, Quadient AR and Tesorio.
