The best Versapay alternatives in 2026 are Paidnice, Chaser, Upflow, Quadient AR, Gaviti, Invoiced, Kolleno, Tesorio, Billtrust and HighRadius. Paidnice fits a NetSuite team that wants late fees, statements and reply handling run by customer group, on its Custom plan, from $999 a month and quoted for your setup. The others are grouped by revenue band and compared on NetSuite sync depth, last-reported price and payments.
In short
- Versapay is quote-only. ERP Research estimates $50,000 to $150,000+ a year, with payment processing fees on top.
- Four alternatives state two-way sync and custom-field sync with NetSuite on their own pages: Paidnice, Upflow, Tesorio and HighRadius.
- Three alternatives print a price on their own site today: Paidnice, Chaser and Kolleno. Upflow’s last published prices were $440 a month for Grow and $880 for Scale.
- NetSuite Pay, Oracle’s payments product, is powered by Versapay and installs as its own SuiteApp.
What is Versapay?
Versapay is a US and Canadian AR automation platform that combines collections, cash application, a shared customer portal and B2B card and ACH payments.
Buyer and seller both see the invoice in Versapay’s portal, and the buyer pays or disputes it there. Versapay connects natively to NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, and reaches other ERPs through an open API or flat file. It does not list Xero, QuickBooks Online or SAP.
Great Hill Partners took Versapay private in February 2020. Versapay says it serves more than 10,000 customers, mostly mid-market B2B sellers in manufacturing, wholesale distribution and professional services.
Why do teams look for a Versapay alternative?
Teams usually leave Versapay over a quoted price, a NetSuite connection whose depth they cannot check in writing, or a need that sits outside its portal.
- Price. Versapay publishes no price. ERP Research estimates $50,000 to $150,000+ a year by invoice volume, while a Vendr search snippet shows a median near $8,095 a year, so the range buyers see is wide.
- NetSuite depth. Versapay’s integrations page names NetSuite but does not state sync direction, custom fields or OneWorld support.
- Ledger fit. A seller on Xero or QuickBooks Online cannot connect Versapay at all.
- Late fees. No late fee or interest feature appears on the Versapay pages reviewed.
- Reviews. Versapay rates 4.1 from 95 reviews on G2 (search snippet), lower than most tools on this page.
How this list was put together
This list helps a team leaving Versapay shortlist a tool by NetSuite sync depth first, then by price and fit.
| What we checked | Where the evidence came from |
|---|---|
| SuiteApp listing and Built for NetSuite status | The vendor’s own NetSuite page, then named third-party lists, labeled as third-party |
| Sync direction, custom fields and OneWorld | The vendor’s own NetSuite integration page, quoted |
| Plan that includes NetSuite | The vendor’s pricing page |
| Price | The vendor’s pricing page, or the last reported price with its source where the price is hidden |
| Payments in a customer portal | Vendor product pages |
| Late fees and interest | Vendor help pages |
| Rating and review count | G2 or Capterra |
The tools are grouped by the revenue band each one is sold into. The bands are orientation only.
Which Versapay alternative fits your revenue?
Pick the band first, then the step that costs your team the most time: chasing and replies, cash application, or a payment portal.
| Revenue band | Tools | What they replace from Versapay |
|---|---|---|
| Any size, published or set price | 1. Paidnice, 2. Chaser | Collections, statements and a customer portal; Paidnice also raises late fees and interest in the ERP |
| $10m to $100m | 3. Upflow, 4. Quadient AR, 5. Gaviti, 6. Invoiced | Collections, a payment portal and cash application, on quoted plans |
| $100m and above | 7. Kolleno, 8. Tesorio, 9. Billtrust, 10. HighRadius | Cash application, forecasting, credit and invoice delivery at enterprise volume |
Kolleno’s pricing page lists its Enterprise tier, the one with NetSuite, for £100m to £1bn revenue. Chaser’s published tiers run to $120m revenue in USD.
How does each alternative sync with NetSuite?
Four of the ten state two-way sync and custom-field sync on their own NetSuite page; Versapay states neither.
| Tool | SuiteApp listing | Built for NetSuite | Sync direction | Custom fields | OneWorld | Plan with NetSuite |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Versapay (baseline) | Yes, per vendor | Stated by vendor | Not stated | Not stated | Not stated | Quote only |

| Chaser | Yes, per vendor | Stated by vendor | Direct API integration | Not stated | Not stated | Not stated |
| Upflow | Yes, "Official SuiteApp Partner" | Not stated | Real-time bi-directional | Yes | Yes, one Upflow organization per subsidiary | Grow and above |
| Quadient AR | Yes, per vendor integrations list | Not stated | Push to NetSuite, off by default | Not stated | Not stated | Quote only |
| Gaviti | None found | None found | None found | None found | None found | Quote only |
| Invoiced | None found | None found | Listed as a native integration | None found | None found | Quote only |
| Kolleno | Yes, "Official SuiteApp Integration Partner" | Not stated | Real-time; payments post back | Not stated | Not stated | Enterprise (custom) |

| Billtrust | Third party says yes | Not stated | Third party: invoices, payments and customer data | Not stated | Not stated | Quote only |
| HighRadius | Yes, per vendor (RadiusOne AR) | Stated by vendor in 2021 | "Two-way, real-time" | Yes, plus custom records | Yes | Quote only |
"Not stated" means the vendor’s own NetSuite page does not say. "None found" means no vendor or third-party source says either way. "Third party says yes" names a claim from an independent list, not from the vendor. Versapay’s own NetSuite page says "Built for netsuite"; that page covers its NetSuite payments and sync product.
How do price, payments and late fees compare?
Only Paidnice, Chaser and Kolleno print a current price, and only Paidnice, Chaser and Invoiced raise late fees themselves.

Prices are monthly billing unless marked, before tax, from each vendor’s pricing page or the named third party. Check current pricing with the vendor. Paidnice is set up on NetSuite by an implementation specialist; on Xero and QuickBooks Online it is self-serve from $69 a month on Essentials.
1. Paidnice, best for late fees on NetSuite
Best for: a NetSuite, Business Central or Sage Intacct team leaving Versapay that wants reminders, statements, late fees and reply handling set per customer group.

- Revenue band: any size. The Custom plan has no plan limits and is never priced by revenue.
- Entry cost: Custom from $999 a month (£749 in the UK), quoted for your setup. Self-serve from $69 a month on Xero and QuickBooks Online.
- NetSuite sync: two-way sync with custom fields and NetSuite OneWorld, through a custom implementation on the Custom plan. Paidnice connects into the customer’s NetSuite account through NetSuite’s recommended integration pattern (an integration record, a role and OAuth 2.0).
- Rated: not applicable.
Paidnice works the open invoices in the ERP: reminder sequences and statements per customer group, payment plans, early payment discounts and a customer portal. Late fees and interest post into the ERP as invoices. Paidnice uses AI to read customer replies and remittance advice, logs payment dates against the invoices, and drafts answers for a person to approve.
It also connects to Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance and any cloud ERP through a custom implementation on the same plan.
Limitation: not listed on SuiteApp.com or AppSource and no Built for NetSuite badge, so each connection is a custom implementation.
2. Chaser, best for multi-channel chasing
Best for: a finance team under $120m revenue that wants email, SMS, letters and Creditsafe credit checks in one chasing tool.

- Revenue band: published tiers by company revenue, from $259 a month on Compact.
- Entry cost: $259, $779 or $1,169 a month (Chaser pricing page). Chaser offers a 10-day free trial on request: you submit a signup form and Chaser provisions the account.
- NetSuite sync: Chaser’s NetSuite page describes "Built for NetSuite" software with a NetSuite Marketplace listing and a "direct API integration". It does not state two-way sync, custom fields or OneWorld.
- Rated: 4.9 from 45 on Capterra.
Chaser covers reminder sequences, statements, payment plans, a payment portal and a referral path to a collections partner. Its late fee engine applies one set of rules across the account.
Limitation: Chaser does not say which plan includes NetSuite.
3. Upflow, best for AR analytics on NetSuite
Best for: a mid-market finance team that wants DSO and collection effectiveness dashboards, a payment portal and a published SuiteApp connection.

- Revenue band: quoted by gross invoice value, from up to $10m on Starter to above $100m.
- Entry cost: Upflow’s last published prices were $440 a month for Grow and $880 for Scale; current prices are hidden (Upflow pricing page). NetSuite starts on Grow.
- NetSuite sync: "Official SuiteApp Partner" with "Real-time bi-directional sync". Upflow says NetSuite custom fields sync and that it supports NetSuite OneWorld, with one Upflow organization per subsidiary.
- Rated: 4.8 from 231 on G2 (search snippet).
Upflow’s Cash Application Agent sits on Accelerate and above. Card, ACH and SEPA payments run through the Upflow Payments add-on: a $390 monthly platform fee, card at 3.5% plus 30 cents, and ACH at 0.8% capped at $5.
Limitation: no native late fees; Upflow documents applying them in the ERP.
4. Quadient AR, best for payment-date prediction
Best for: a mid-market B2B team on NetSuite or Sage Intacct that wants payment-date prediction, credit applications and cash application.

- Revenue band: mid-market to enterprise; most G2 reviewers work at companies of 51 to 1,000 employees.
- Entry cost: quote only. Capterra lists a starting price of $500 a month, priced per feature by invoice volume.
- NetSuite sync: Quadient lists NetSuite as a SuiteApp integration. Automatic push of cash application results into NetSuite is off by default, and delivery attempts to the ERP expire after 7 days.
- Rated: 4.5 from 33 on Capterra.
Quadient AR, formerly YayPay, is the AR module in Quadient’s finance suite, with a customer portal, disputes and credit scorecards. It also connects to Xero and QuickBooks.
Limitation: the portal cannot split one invoice into installments, and the team works from one shared AR mailbox.
5. Gaviti, best for a zero-fee ACH portal
Best for: a mid-market or shared-service team that wants collections, cash application and a portal where buyers pay by ACH without a fee.

- Revenue band: mid-market and enterprise; no revenue floor stated.
- Entry cost: quote only, "tailored pricing based on your usage, not per user", with unlimited users (Gaviti pricing page).
- NetSuite sync: NetSuite is named on Gaviti’s homepage. Sync direction, custom fields and OneWorld support were not found in any source.
- Rated: 4.5 from 91 on Capterra.
Gaviti covers collections workflows, credit management, disputes and cash application, which it says is "90% completed automatically". It also connects to Xero, QuickBooks, Dynamics 365 and SAP.
Limitation: no published NetSuite detail and no price, so test sync depth in a sandbox. No late fee feature was found.
6. Invoiced, best for billing with late fees
Best for: a mid-market team that wants invoicing, collections, a payment portal and native late fees in one platform.

- Revenue band: mid-market to enterprise, multi-entity or international.
- Entry cost: quote only. Capterra lists a custom quote billed per user per month; ERP Research reports "from about $299 a month".
- NetSuite sync: Invoiced lists NetSuite among its native ERP integrations. Sync direction, custom fields and OneWorld support were not found in any source.
- Rated: 4.7 from 149 on Capterra.
Invoiced, part of Flywire since August 2024, adds billing, cash application (CashMatch) and a late fee rule with a flat or percentage fee, a grace period and a per-invoice toggle. See Invoiced vs Tesorio.
Limitation: the NetSuite connection depth is undocumented in the sources reviewed, and no free trial is listed on Capterra.
7. Kolleno, best for cash application on NetSuite
Best for: a large AR team on NetSuite or SAP that spends its time matching payments to invoices.

- Revenue band: the Enterprise tier, the one with NetSuite, is listed for £100m to £1bn revenue.
- Entry cost: $650 per user a month on BusinessPay and $1,245 on Business Plus; Enterprise is custom (Kolleno pricing page).
- NetSuite sync: "Official SuiteApp Integration Partner", "syncing with NetSuite in real time", with payments posted back to NetSuite automatically.
- Rated: 4.9 from 117 on G2.
Kolleno combines collections, a payment portal and cash application, and writes NetSuite multi-currency FX journal entries. See Kolleno pricing.
Limitation: NetSuite sits only on the custom Enterprise tier, so the published per-user prices do not apply to a NetSuite buyer. No late fee feature was found.
8. Tesorio, best for cash forecasting
Best for: a mid-market or enterprise team on NetSuite that wants collections, cash application and an AR forecast together.

- Revenue band: mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS and manufacturing; no revenue floor stated.
- Entry cost: quote only. Vendr reports a median of $17,644 a year; Vendr’s tier ranges do not agree with that median, so treat it as a signal.
- NetSuite sync: "Deep, bidirectional sync with Oracle NetSuite", mapping "NetSuite custom fields, saved searches, and custom records". Tesorio says teams go live in "weeks, not months".
- Rated: 4.9 from 10 on Capterra.
Tesorio’s collections and cash application agents work alongside an ML forecast. It also connects to Sage Intacct, Workday and QuickBooks.
Limitation: no published price, no OneWorld statement and no late fee feature found.
9. Billtrust, best for invoice delivery at scale
Best for: an enterprise distributor or manufacturer that sends high invoice volumes into buyer AP portals and wants lockbox and card acceptance.

- Revenue band: enterprise and large mid-market B2B suppliers.
- Entry cost: quote only. Buyers report $20,000 to $60,000 a year, rising with invoice volume, with enterprise contracts often above $75,000, plus processing fees (ERP Research).
- NetSuite sync: Billtrust’s home page names "200+ connectors" but no ERP. A third party describes a listed SuiteApp connector that syncs invoices, payments and customer data.
- Rated: 4.4 from 510 on G2 (search snippet).
Billtrust delivers invoices to more than 260 AP portals, runs a digital lockbox and says its cash application reaches "95%+ match rates". See Versapay vs Billtrust and the best Billtrust alternatives.
Limitation: Billtrust’s own pages do not document its NetSuite connection, and its price sits well above Versapay’s lower estimates.
10. HighRadius, best for enterprise deductions
Best for: a large enterprise with complex cash application, deductions and credit across several ERPs.

- Revenue band: enterprise and upper mid-market, more than 1,500 clients.
- Entry cost: quote only. An outcome-based option charges $0 implementation and $0 subscription until go-live, then "a fraction of the actual savings" (HighRadius press release). ERP Research estimates $50,000 to $150,000+ a year.
- NetSuite sync: "two-way, real-time data flow", support for custom fields and custom records, and "standard and NetSuite OneWorld editions". HighRadius announced Built for NetSuite status for its RadiusOne AR SuiteApp in July 2021.
- Rated: 4.4 from 13 on Capterra.
HighRadius covers collections, cash application, deductions, credit, e-invoicing and treasury. The FAQ on its NetSuite integration page, written for AP, gives 6 to 8 weeks to go live. See the best HighRadius alternatives.
Limitation: priced and staffed for enterprise programs, with no published price.
What happens to NetSuite Pay if you leave Versapay?
NetSuite Pay is Oracle’s payments product, powered by Versapay and installed as its own SuiteApp, so it is a separate decision from Versapay’s AR platform.
NetSuite Pay runs in the US and Canada. Versapay’s NetSuite Pay pricing page lists $200 a month, card at 2.9% plus 30 cents, and ACH at 0.35% plus 30 cents, capped at $8. A team can replace Versapay’s collections and portal with another tool and keep NetSuite Pay for card and ACH. Confirm the contract terms with Oracle and Versapay before you cancel either.
