How does Chaser’s pricing work?
Chaser sets the plan by the annual revenue of the business that uses it. A business under £4m revenue can use Compact. Between £4m and £10m it needs Core, and between £10m and £100m it needs Complete. The price does not change with the number of invoices you chase. On Compact the number of users is capped at 4; Core and Complete have unlimited users.
This meter suits a business with many invoices and moderate revenue. It costs more for a business with high revenue and few, large invoices, because the plan steps up when revenue crosses a band even if the number of invoices stays the same.

Chaser Care is a managed service on top of the software. A dedicated AR specialist makes payment follow-ups and phone calls, manages the inbox and handles disputes and payment queries. Care is sold as a bundle with each plan: Compact with Care from £899 a month (£809 a month billed yearly), Core with Care from £1,599 and Complete with Care from £2,099.
