HighRadius and Versapay both automate accounts receivable for mid-market and enterprise B2B companies, and both price by quote only. Choose HighRadius for an AI-led enterprise suite with credit, deductions and cash application. Choose Versapay if you want a customer payment portal, collections and ACH or card payments in one product, especially on NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
In short
- Choose HighRadius if a shared-services team needs credit management, deductions and high-volume cash application, on SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite.
- Choose Versapay if you want customers to view and pay invoices in a portal, on NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Business Central or Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
- Price: neither publishes a price. ERP Research reports $50,000 to $150,000+ a year for each, with Versapay’s payment processing fees on top.
- Ratings: HighRadius leads on G2 (4.3 vs 4.1) and Gartner Peer Insights (4.6 vs 4.4); both have 4.4 on Capterra.
You searched for HighRadius competitors and found Versapay’s own comparison page. HighRadius publishes its own pages arguing the reverse. Both companies quote prices only after a demo. This page sets out what each vendor documents, separates checkable facts from vendor claims, and gives you the questions to ask in each demo.
Which one fits your business?
HighRadius fits a large shared-services finance team that needs credit, deductions and cash application, and Versapay fits a mid-market company that wants collections and customer payments in one portal.

- Choose HighRadius if you are an enterprise with a shared-services team that reviews credit, resolves deductions and applies a high volume of cash. HighRadius names SAP and Oracle among its integrations, which Versapay does not list, and its scope extends to AP, financial close and treasury.
- Choose Versapay if you sell B2B in manufacturing, wholesale distribution or professional services and want customers to view invoices, pay by ACH or card and raise questions in one portal. Versapay lists NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Business Central and Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management as native integrations.
Neither vendor states a revenue or invoice floor. Ask each one for its smallest current customer on your ERP before you book a second call.
How do HighRadius and Versapay compare?

Features come from each vendor’s home page, Versapay’s integrations page and the ERP Research comparison listed under Sources. "Not shown on the pages opened" means those pages do not document the feature; it may still exist, so ask. ERP Research grades HighRadius stronger on 15 of 24 capabilities where the two differ, and Versapay stronger on 9.
How does each connect to your ERP?
Versapay names NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Business Central and Dynamics 365 Finance by edition. HighRadius names NetSuite, SAP, Oracle and "Microsoft Dynamics" without an edition.
| ERP | HighRadius | Versapay |
|---|---|---|
| NetSuite | Named among "50+ pre-built integrations". RadiusOne SuiteApp announced as Built for NetSuite in July 2021, built by HighRadius | Native integration listed, built by Versapay. Also provides underwriting and merchant service for Oracle’s NetSuite Pay SuiteApp |
| Business Central | "Microsoft Dynamics" named; edition not stated | Native integration listed |
| Dynamics 365 Finance | "Microsoft Dynamics" named; edition not stated | Native integration listed (Finance & Supply Chain Management) |
| SAP | Named on its home page; connector type not stated | Not listed |
| Oracle | Oracle named; ERP Research lists Oracle Fusion Cloud | ERP Research lists Oracle Fusion Cloud; not on Versapay’s integrations page |
| Other | 50+ pre-built ERP and accounting connectors | Sage Intacct native; others through open API or flat file |
HighRadius rows come from its home page and the July 2021 Business Wire announcement. Versapay rows come from its integrations page and Oracle’s NetSuite Pay documentation. Ask each vendor whether the connector for your ERP is built and maintained by the vendor, a partner or your own team.
How well does each connect to NetSuite?
Both HighRadius and Versapay connect to NetSuite: HighRadius announced a Built for NetSuite SuiteApp in 2021, and Versapay lists a native integration and also runs the payments side of NetSuite Pay.
HighRadius announced in July 2021 that the SuiteApp for its RadiusOne AR product had received Oracle’s Built for NetSuite status (Business Wire, 13 July 2021). Ask which HighRadius product your quote covers and whether that SuiteApp is the connector you would use.
Versapay lists Oracle NetSuite as a native integration. Separately, Oracle’s NetSuite Pay documentation says underwriting and merchant service are provided by Versapay, and that NetSuite Pay is available in the United States and Canada only. Setup means installing the NetSuite Pay SuiteApp and passing a Versapay merchant application. NetSuite Pay is a payments product; Versapay’s full AR platform is a separate purchase.
For both, ask how often payments and invoice status sync back to NetSuite, and ask for a reference customer on NetSuite OneWorld if you run several subsidiaries. For the SuiteApp question in general, see NetSuite SuiteApp or external AR app.
How much do HighRadius and Versapay cost?
Neither vendor publishes a price; both quote after a demo. ERP Research reports about $50,000 to $150,000+ a year for each, and Versapay charges payment processing fees on top.
| HighRadius | Versapay | |
|---|---|---|
| Published price | None; pricing page describes an annual subscription with no figures | None; no pricing page found on its site |
| Last reported annual cost | $50,000 to $150,000+ (ERP Research) | $50,000 to $150,000+ (ERP Research) |
| Other reported figures | Median $12,973 a year, range $12,171 to $16,862 (Vendr; small sample, mixed product lines) | $3,018 to $74,333 a year, median $8,095, from 6 purchases (Vendr, search snippet; page not opened) |
| How it is quoted | Modular annual subscription by invoice volume; outcome-based option | Annual subscription by invoice volume |
| Processing fees | Not stated | Extra. NetSuite Pay: $200 a month, card 2.9% + 30 cents, ACH 0.35% + 30 cents capped at $8 (Versapay NetSuite Pay pricing page) |
| Free trial | No, per ERP Research | No, per Capterra |
All figures are last reported by the named third party; both vendors keep current prices hidden. Ask each for a written quote that names the modules, invoice volume, entities, implementation fee and payment processing rates.
HighRadius also offers an outcome-based option. Its announcement says clients pay "$0 in Implementation fees, $0 in Subscription fees until Go Live", then a share of the savings realized. Ask how savings are measured before you sign, and with Versapay model your card and ACH payment volume as well as invoice volume. For the NetSuite side of the budget, see NetSuite AR automation pricing.
What do reviewers say?
HighRadius leads Versapay on G2, 4.3 from 237 reviews against 4.1 from 95, and on Gartner Peer Insights, 4.6 against 4.4. Both have 4.4 stars on Capterra.
| HighRadius | Versapay | |
|---|---|---|
| G2 | 4.3 from 237 reviews | 4.1 from 95 reviews |
| Capterra | 4.4 from 13 reviews | 4.4 from 29 reviews |
| Gartner Peer Insights | 4.6 from 149 to 154 ratings | 4.4 from 19 ratings |
| TrustRadius | No score shown in search results | No score shown in search results |
G2 and Gartner figures come from each site’s search results and may have changed; open each link for the current score. Gartner shows Versapay at 4.4 on its product page and 4.5 on one comparison page, both from 19 ratings. Capterra figures come from the opened listings.
Versapay’s Gartner score rests on 19 ratings and HighRadius’s Capterra score on 13 reviews, so one review moves each. Read reviews from companies on your ERP and at your invoice volume before you weigh the stars.
What does Versapay’s own comparison claim?
Versapay publishes a "Versapay vs HighRadius" page that makes several claims about HighRadius without naming a source, so treat them as questions to put to both vendors.
| Versapay’s claim | What the page gives as the source | Question to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Versapay customers reach "90%+ auto-match rates" | Versapay’s own customer averages | Ask both vendors for match rates from a reference customer at your volume |
| Mid-market teams go live with Versapay in about three months | Versapay’s own customer averages | Ask both for a written implementation plan and timeline |
| HighRadius projects average 8 months, with 16 months to ROI | "Research", not named | Ask HighRadius for its typical timeline on your ERP |
| Versapay portal adoption is 80%+; HighRadius is around 20% to 30% | G2 reviews, per the page | Ask each for portal adoption at a reference customer |
| HighRadius support is ticket-based and offshore | Not named | Ask each about named contacts and support hours |
The page itself tells readers to confirm the specifics with HighRadius. HighRadius publishes its own comparison pages that argue the reverse. Neither vendor’s comparison is independent, so test each claim in the demo.
Who owns HighRadius and Versapay?
HighRadius is independent and venture-backed, and Versapay has been owned by the private equity firm Great Hill Partners since February 2020.
- HighRadius: independent and venture-backed, with headquarters in Houston, Texas. It raised a $300 million Series C on 30 March 2021 at a $3.1 billion valuation, led by D1 Capital and Tiger Global.

Ownership affects contract length, price rises at renewal and product direction. Ask each vendor about renewal caps and data export terms before you sign a multi-year contract.
Which one fits your use case?
The right pick depends on your ERP, whether customers pay inside the tool, and how much credit and deductions work your team does. Pick the row closest to your setup.
| Use case | Start with | Watch out |

| Shared-services team with deductions and credit reviews | HighRadius | Enterprise scope means a longer rollout and a larger quote |
| NetSuite, taking card and ACH payments inside the ERP | Versapay | Processing fees come on top of the subscription |
| Business Central or Dynamics 365 Finance | Versapay, which names both editions | Confirm who maintains the connector |
| SAP or Oracle as the ERP | HighRadius | Ask which connector your SAP or Oracle version uses |
| Sage Intacct | Versapay | HighRadius does not name Sage Intacct on its home page |
| Wholesale distribution with high payment volumes | Versapay, which has a wholesale distribution page | Compare processing fees per payment, not only the subscription |
| Late fees charged automatically | Neither | Neither documents it; ask how a charge is raised and posted |
